Your private information is just that: private. I work hard to protect the information you share when you sign up for my newsletter, comment on the blog articles, or contact me. TERMS OF SALE & SATISFACTION
Sales through this Web Site are bound by the laws and regulations of the French government. Payment is processed through Stripe, and is required for a reservation for any of my services. Prices advertised include VAT; if you need a detailed receipt for a service, please contact me before the tour date.
All products and services sold through this Web Site are described in as much detail as possible. The user and/or buyer may contact me at any time before services rendered with questions about the services. Photos are used to indicate the type of service offered but are not contractually binding. Prices on the Web Site are in euros. To order one of the services offered, a minimum deposit of 30% is required, which will be paid using Stripe directly through the Web Site.
All my services are prepared with the highest standards, and I endeavor to provide fun classes, walks, and other activities during which you learn about French food culture. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with my services, please send me a detailed e-mail describing
the reason for your dissatisfaction within 10 working days of the class or tour. I will do everything possible to resolve the problem, and if necessary, will refund your purchase.
The cancellation policy for various services is as follows:
Tours which last less than 5 hours may be cancelled by phone using the phone number provided in your confirmation e-mail OR by e-mail up to 72 hours in advance, for a full refund. Within the 72-hour period, all reservations are final and non-refundable.
In the case of very inclement weather during/prior to a Walking Tour, all attempts will be made to find another date/time for your walk. If that is not possible, you will be refunded the full amount of the Walking Tour.
For services requiring minimum half-day slots (5 hours or more), cancellation is possible with a minimum of one week’s (7 days) notice and I will gladly refund you 80% of your payment. Within the 7-day period, all reservations are final and non-refundable.
Liability, Health, and Safety During Use of Services
Your use of the services, recipes, or suggestions found on this Web Site is entirely at your own risk. Paris is full of potholes, steep streets, dog poop, and all cities have a few motorbike thieves. Any mishap, misstep, or theft during a Walking Tour is your responsibility. Please have your wits about you, and we will surely have a wonderful time! Please contact your insurance policy before ordering one of my services if you have doubts.
