Maybe you’ve visited plenty of Parisian markets. But are you ready for the ultimate market tour?

The Rungis wholesale market just south of Paris is a city within a city at almost 580 acres. Bustling pavilions are brimming with fish, poultry, multicolored fruits and vegetables, fragrant cheeses, and even vibrant flowers.

Longtime only open to professionals, the Rungis market is a special and highly exclusive experience, recommended only for seasoned and die-hard food-lovers.

Our experience begins with a very early wake-up call! We’ll leave your hotel at 3:30 am, when our private driver whisks us to the market south of Paris. There, we’ll be visiting the market from 4:15 to 8 am with an English-speaking official Rungis guide, and I’ll be your host.

Time flies as we visit the pavilions and get an eyeful of the beautiful products on display. Our official guide explains how the market works, and answers all your questions!
